About Our Notary Services 

A Notary is a responsible person appointed by the state government to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.

As an impartial witness, the Notary ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors. The Notary makes sure that signers have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.

Generally, the Notary will ask to see a current identification document that has a photograph, physical description and a signature. A current driver's license, military ID or passport will usually be acceptable.

Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. Notaries certify the identity of signers. The signers are responsible for the content of the documents.

Eastside Notary Service does not prepare legal documents or offer legal advice in any situation.

We are Certified Real Estate Loan Signing Specialists familiar with Real Estate documents ready to assist with your Real Estate loan signing notarization needs.

We also provide laser print, fax, copy, and document pick up and delivery services tailored to your needs.  We handle E-docs.

Our Fees

Eastside Notary Service charges Notary fees as approved by Washington law.

Fees for typical services, per signature, are as follows:

• Acknowledgements: $10
• Copy Certifications: $10
• Witness: $10
